About The Red Ocotillo

Traditional American fare.  Generous dishes prepared with only the finest fresh ingredients.  Signature benedicts, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta dishes and desserts.  Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner inside or on one of our two patios and garden seating.  A full bar is available including beer, wine and our specialty cocktails and martinis are available. Also we have a pet friendly patio.

Open since 2005, the Red Ocotillo has relocated several times looking for just the right location.  Originally located in the Quonset Hut on Palms Canyon Drive in Borrego Springs, it later moved to the Palms Hotel with its sister restaurant, the Coyote Steakhouse, it now is located at 721 Avenida Sureste in beautiful Borrego Springs, California, just off Christmas Circle in the center of town.

We are an organic garden-to-table restaurant, ask your server what is fresh from the adjacent vegetable garden.
